These regulations are the public transport authority amendment regulations (no. 2) 2022. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal, and the rest on 19 november 2022. These regulations amend the public transport authority regulations 2003. Regulation 21 is amended to delete βhis or herβ and insert: their. Regulation 21(c) is deleted and replaced with definitions from the firearms act 1973 section 4.
