Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by regulation 10a (b) of the navigable waters regulations 1958, i hereby close all of the following waters to swimming, between the hours of 7:45 pm and 9:15 pm on thursday 26th january 2017. Val street jetty, city of rockingham. Area of closure:—all the waters within a 150 metre radius of the firing point located at approximately 32°16.496′s, 115°43.560′e. This area is set aside for safety measures during the set up and display of pyrotechnics.
