Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by regulation 10a (b) of the navigable waters regulations 1958, i hereby close all of the following waters to swimming, between the hours of 8:45 pm on sunday 31st december 2017 and 12:30am on monday 1st january 2018—val street jetty, city of rockingham. Area of closure: All the waters within a 150 metre radius of the firing point located at approximately 32°16.497′s, 115°43.567′e. This area is set aside for safety measures during the set up and display of pyrotechnics.
