Creditors and other persons having claims to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 28 August 2025, are required by the Executor, Michael Norman care of Mullally Legal & Settlements, Unit 1/91 Aberdeen Street, Albany, to send particulars of their claims to them by the 30th day of December 2025, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
