Creditors and other persons having claims to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 6 November 2023, are required by the Executor, Valerie Green C/o- Mullally Legal & Settlements, Unit 1/[contact details redacted] their claims to them by the 9th day of June 2024, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
