Alters the Constitution of the Anglican Church of Australia to implement recommendations of the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse.

Notice is hereby given under section 67(2) of the Constitution of the Anglican Church of Australia that whereas on 13 May 2022 the General Synod of the Anglican Church of Australia duly made Canon No. 7 of 2022 and Canon No. 8 of 2022 to alter the Constitution of the Anglican Church of Australia in order to implement recommendations of the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse. The President determined that the said Canon shall come into effect on 10 March 2025.
