Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 30/08/2024, are required by the executor Carmen Fajdiga to send the particulars of their claims to Carmen Fajdiga of [contact details redacted] 6018 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
