The legal services council has made the following rule under the legal profession uniform law. This rule is the legal profession uniform continuing professional development (barristers) amendment (mandatory cpd) rule 2025. This rule commences on 1 april 2026. This rule is made by the legal services council under the legal profession uniform law, part 9.2.
