This notice relates to the partnership previously subsisting between reement pty ltd (acn 069 514 165), michael bradshaw and yolanda teijeiro, which agreed to build a bar and 2 apartments at lot 1, 89 strickland st, denmark and unit 1, 92 laverack lane, denmark and unit 2, 92 laverack lane, denmark (partnership). Notice is given pursuant to the partnership act (wa) 1895 that the partnership has been dissolved as from 19th october 2021.
