Declares vessels listed in Schedule 1 to be emergency vessels, with specifications in Schedule 2, and exempts Schedule 1 vessels from notices made under section 66 and 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, subject to the conditions in Schedule 3. Revokes previous instrument NWR-2024—207067 dated 4 October 2024.
