Under the powers conferred by Section 53 of the Cemeteries Act 1986, the Council of the Shire of Capel resolved on the 27 July 2023 to adopt the schedule of fees and charges, effective from 1 October 2022. Fees and charges including 10% GST unless otherwise noted*.
