Minimum property requirements for bushfire mitigation in the Shire of Capel. Includes requirements for clean gutters, debris removal, low fuel zones, firebreaks, and compliance periods from 1 December to 30 April. Penalties apply for non-compliance under section 33 of the Bush Fires Act. Variations must be applied for by 31 October.
