These regulations are the control of vehicles (off-road areas) amendment regulations 2020. These regulations come into operation as follows β (a) regulations 1 and 2 β on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations β 1 july 2020. These regulations amend the control of vehicles (off-road areas) regulations 1979. Regulation 5 amended in regulation 5 delete β$30.β and insert: $35. Regulation 6a amended in regulation 6a delete β$30.β and insert: $35.
