The land enclosed by specified Australian Map Grid (AMG) coordinates, and the buildings and enclosures on that land, are declared to be a prison called the Melaleuca Women‘s Prison, within the meaning and for the purpose of the Act. The Prisons (Melaleuca Remand and Reintegration Facility) Order 2016 is revoked.
