Creditors and other persons having claims on the estate of the late Edward James McCavana of 155 Odin Road, Innaloo, Western Australia, deceased, who died on 31/05/2023, are required to send particulars of their claims to the Administrator Australian Unity Trustees Limited care of Solomon Hollett Lawyers, po box 840, West Perth wa 6872, within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the Administrator may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
