All landowners and occupiers of land within the City of Bayswater are advised that, on or before the 1 November 2020 or within fourteen days of the date of becoming an owner or occupier up to and including 31 March 2021 must ensure compliance with the firebreak conditions. Burning off within the City of Bayswater is prohibited.
