Notice that the Hon Reece Whitby MLA, Minister for Environment, has approved the Nyinggulu (Ningaloo) Coastal Reserves joint management plan 2022. The plan has been prepared in accordance with Part V of the Conservation and Land Management Act 1984. The plan is for Nyinggulu (Ningaloo) Coastal Reserves which includes Nyinggulara National Park, Nyinggulu Coastal Reserve and the coastal strip of Ningaloo Marine Park. Other reserves include Point Cloates Lighthouse Reserve and Coral Bay Foreshore Reserve.
