The Minister for Environment hereby gives notice of intention to revoke the Environmental Protection (Renewable Energy Proposals) Exemption Order 2023 declared under section 6(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1986. This declaration was made prior to the passing of the Environmental Protection Amendment Act 2024. The revocation will remove the declaration which is no longer required due to the amendments to section 41 of the Environmental Protection Act 1986.
