On 18 july 2025 at page 1228, the department of energy, mines, industry regulation and safety advertised a notice of application for an order for forfeiture regarding p77/4480 for failure to comply with the prescribed reporting provisions. It was advertised that the matter was to be heard by the warden at southern cross on 5 august 2025. This date was incorrect and should have been advertised as 18 september 2025.
