Notice of Intention to Forfeit Mining Leases
Intends to forfeit mining leases for breach of covenant due to failure to comply with royalty provisions unless outstanding payments are made or a written submission is received by specified dates.

In accordance with regulation 50 of the mining regulations 1981, notice is hereby given that unless the outstanding royalty payments due on the under mentioned leases are paid on or before 9 july 2025 and 30 july 2025 or a written submission is made by that date to the minister responsible for the mining act 1978 to consider, it is the intention of the minister under the provisions of section 97(1) of the mining act, 1978 to forfeit such for breach of covenant by the holder of the under mentioned leases for failure to comply with the royalty provisions in accordance with regulation 86a.
