Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died between 20 july 2020 and 21 july 2020 are required by the administrator of the estate, gregory ross chapman, to send particulars of their claims to him care of wallis legal, [contact details redacted] 4 march 2022, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
