Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 24 august 2021 are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims to the care of amanda liston legal, po box 4234, north mandurah wa 6210 by 8 march 2022 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which he/she then has notice.
