Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 23 february 2018, are required by the proposed personal representative, mr norman davis, to send particulars of their claims to him care of clement & co, lawyers, unit 2, [contact details redacted] 5 june 2018, after which date the proposed personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which he then has notice.
