Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 17 november 2018, are required by the administrator of the estate, kaye frances thomson of care of elizabeth wiese & associates, [contact details redacted] their claims to her at the address stated herein within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
