Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 13th day of October 2018 at Albany, in the said state, are required by the personal representatives Ian Donald Kenyon of 2 Woronga Place, Duncraig, Western Australia and Constantyn Willem Receveur of 45 Duke Street, Albany, Western Australia, to send particulars of their claims to David Moss & Co of po box 5744, Albany wa 6332 by the date one (1) month following the date of publication of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claim for which he has then had notice.
