Made by the minister under regulation 20 of the electricity corporations (electricity generation and retail corporation) regulations 2013. This instrument is the segregation and transfer pricing amendment instrument 2019. This instrument comes into operation on the date it is published in the government gazette. This instrument amends the segregation and transfer pricing guidelines 2013.
