These regulations amend the Electricity Corporations (Electricity Generation and Retail Corporation) Regulations 2013. The EGRC must publish the foundation transfer price mechanism on its website. The Authority must carry out a review of the operation of the EGRC regulatory scheme by 31 December 2021 and at least once every 2 years after that.
