Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on the 19th day of January 2023 at Mount Barker, in the said State are required by the personal representative Trevor Roy Flower c/- [contact details redacted] law & conveyancing of [contact details redacted] of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claim for which he has then had notice.
