Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on the 10th day of August 2024 at Mount Barker, are required by the personal representative Gary John Wilson c/- PO Box 488, Albany WA 6331 to send particulars of their claims to Narpyn Law & Conveyancing of PO Box 488, Albany WA 6331 by the date one month following the publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claim for which he has then had notice.
