Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of kong sut sum, late of 14 iron bark row, willetton, western australia deceased, who died on 11 march 2020, are required by the executor, geoff leggatt c/- alyce martin, hhg legal group, gpo box 2716 cloisters square po wa 6850, to send particulars of their claims to the executor within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
