Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 12 april 2019 are required by the personal representatives, kennedy dominic d’souza and peter john cappeluti of care of birman & ride of level 3, [contact details redacted] 6000 to send particulars of their claim to them by the date one month from the publication date after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then has notice.
