The council of the City of Kalamunda resolved on 18 April 2023 to make the Keeping and Control of Cats Local Law 2023. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. The local law applies throughout the district. It amends Part 4 of the Shire of Kalamunda Keeping and Control of Animals and Nuisance Local Law 2011.
