In accordance with Regulation 49(2)(c) of the Mining Regulations 1981, notice is hereby given that the following licences are liable to forfeiture under the provision of Section 96(1)(a) of the Mining Act 1978 for breach of covenant, being failure to comply with the prescribed expenditure conditions and/or non-compliance with the reporting provisions.

Requires creditor claims against the estate of Angelo Rostirolla to be sent to Cullen Macleod Lawyers within one month of publication.
Requires creditors to send particulars of claims against the estate of Vinko Glavota within one month from the date of publication.
Forfeits mining tenements for non-payment of rent unless paid by June 18, 2026.
Notifies that mining tenements will be forfeited if rent is not paid by June 16, 2026.
