Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 66 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982 and Regulation 10A of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, I hereby cancel Notice MA402 as published in the Government Gazette on 31 October 2017 and Notice MA408 as published in the Government Gazette on 3 October 2014, and close the following area of water to all vessels and prohibit swimming until further notice—Esperance Bay.

Requires landowners and occupiers within the Shire of Esperance to clear firebreaks or take other measures by October 9, 2026, and maintain them until March 31, 2027.
Amends the Shire of Esperance Activities in Thoroughfares and Public Places and Trading Local Law 2025 by updating definitions and prescribed offences.
Enacts the Shire of Esperance Health Amendment Local Law 2026.
Authorises general retail shops in Esperance to open during otherwise closed hours.
