Notice Text
Pursuant to the powers contained in Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, you are required on or before 16 November 2018, or within fourteen (14) days of becoming the owner or occupier after 16 November 2018, and thereafter up to and including 31 March 2019, to remove all inflammable matter from the land. The penalty for failing to comply with this notice is a fine up to $5,000.00.
