Water agencies (water use) amendment by-laws 2017 made by the minister for water under the water agencies (powers) act 1984 section 34. These by-laws amend the water agencies (water use) by-laws 2010. Deletes scheme water and scheme water supplier definitions. Deletes part 2 division 1a, part 2 division 1 heading, part 2 division 2 heading, parts 3 and 4.
