Sean Kimberley L’Estrange MLA, Designated Authority, revokes the previous delegation under the Act dated 26 May 2010 and delegates powers and functions under the Act and regulations to employees of the Department of Mines and Petroleum holding specified positions. The instrument does not prevent the Minister from exercising the delegated powers, and the delegate cannot further delegate these powers.
