I, anthony bullen, acting executive director, mineral titles, pursuant to section 19 of the mining act 1978, hereby extend the exemption originally declared on 14 february 2013 and published in the government gazette dated 22 february 2013 for that area described hereunder (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) from divisions 1 to 5 of part iv of the mining act 1978, for a further period of two years, expiring on 13 february 2019.
