In the matter of the estate of Melanie Claire Granger, late of 60 Alfred Road, Claremont in the state of Western Australia, carer, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 7 July 2017, are required by the executor of care of Fort Knox Legal, po box 390, West Perth wa 6872, to send the particulars of their claims to Fort Knox Legal by 30 June 2018, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
