It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Kwinana Town Planning Scheme amendment on 11 August 2017 for the purpose of modifying the Subdivision Guide Plan No. 2 in accordance with the proposed new lot configuration for Lot 9 (No. 81) Robinson Road, Wandi; and within the Second Schedule of the Scheme, rename ‘Subdivision Guide Plan No. 2 for Special Rural Zone No. 2 dated March 2014’ to ‘Subdivision Guide Plan No. 2 for Special Rural Zone No. 2 dated December 2016’ for Special Rural Zone No. 2 and modifying the Development Conditions of Special Rural Zone No. 2 under the Second Schedule of TPS2 to reflect this.
