Creditors and other persons having claims (section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962) in respect of his estate, who died 22 December 2023 are required by the administrator, Tonya Louise Balt of [contact details redacted] of their claims within 30 days of this notice to the trustee at the above address. After which the trustee may distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
