Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased, who died on 22/04/2025, are required by the executor, Aaron Gregory Kitson of care of Lewis Kitson Lawyers of Level 1, 43 Kishorn Road, Applecross, Western Australia, to send particulars of their claims to him within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims which he then has notice.
