The following have been appointed as bush fire control officers for the Shire of Donnybrook-Balingup in accordance with the Bush Fires Act 1954—chief bush fire control officer—Max Walker, deputy chief bush fire control officers—David Tooke, Ian Ralph, fire weather officers—John Fry, Murray Webb, fire control officers—Michael Anderson—Lowden, John Bailey—Balingup, Neville Clifford—Thomson Brook, Bevan Dix—Upper Capel, Graham Foan—Thomson Brook, Duncan Goldfinch—Stirling Park, Neil Gubler—Mullalyup, Ian Ralph—Argyle/Irishtown, Stuart Simmonds—Beelerup, Tas Thamo—Munro, Nigel Thompson—Mumballup, David Tooke—Donnybrook, Max Walker—Ferndale, Chris Wringe—Kirup/Brazier, Paul Robins—Shire Ranger, Jess Cooper—Shire Ranger, Ben Anderson—BRM Coordinator.
