Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the late Michael William Howe, who died on 11 november 2023, are required by martin hugh tuohy of care of equitas lawyers, the trustee and executor of the estate to send particulars of their claims to him, care of equitas lawyers, po box 8366, perth bc wa 6849 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date he may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
