Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the late Richard Joseph O’Hagan, who died on 16 september 2023, are required by Martin Hugh Tuohy of care of Equitas Lawyers, 156—158 edward street, western australia, the trustee and administrator of the estate to send particulars of their claims to him, care of Equitas Lawyers, po box 8366, perth bc wa 6849 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date he may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
