Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the above named deceased, who died on 11 july 2024, are required by the personal representatives cheryl ann upton and joseph scurria of c/- mcwilliams davis lawyers, level 3, [contact details redacted] particulars of their claims to them by 17 march 2025, after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
