Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who was found deceased on 16 november 2025, are required by the personal representatives christopher john tallentire, ian michael tallentire and joseph scurria, of c/- mcwilliams davis lawyers, level 3, [contact details redacted] particulars of their claims to them by 10 april 2026, after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
