Pursuant to section 14(4)(b) of the Rottnest Island Act 1987 (the Act), I, Paul Papalia, Minister for Tourism, declare the parts of the Island delineated on Deposited Plan 419190 to be the settlement area in substitution for the parts referred to in section 14(3)(a) of the Act. Deposited Plan 419190 is held by and available for inspection at the offices of the Western Australian Land Information Authority established under the Land Information Authority Act 2006 section 5.
