Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 24/09/2025, are required by the personal representative Steven James Brown c/- Lynn & Brown Lawyers, po box 1114, morley, wa 6943 to send particulars of their claims to him by the 14/04/2026, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
