These regulations are the energy regulations amendment regulations 2023. These regulations come into operation as follows โ (a) part 1 โ on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) part 3 (but only regulations 7 and 9) โ on 22 april 2023; (c) the rest of the regulations โ at 8 am on 1 october 2023. This part amends the electricity industry (pilbara networks) regulations 2021.
